Description

Acrobatics teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, and coordination. Acro combines tumbling and flexibility skills with the fluid execution of dance. Dancers will work on conditioning, stretching, and will learn the proper execution of acrobatic techniques.

Required Attire; form-fitting top, dance shorts/pants/leggings, hair pulled back.
*No loose-fitting clothes are allowed to be worn after warm-ups! Loose-fitting clothes can prevent the proper execution or spotting of certain skills and are not allowed for the safety of the dancers.
